Resource Showcase
The resource showcase is open for the duration of the conference, Monday 8 & Tuesday April 2019. It aims to give educators the opportunity to share all the amazing home grown material they've designed supporting wellbeing promotion.
Come along, bring your pdfs, your workbooks, diaries, student videos (on a laptop), lesson plans, posters, strengths cards and other materials to share and discuss with others.
Non profit exhibitors
If you are a registered delegate and work in a school, university or non profit organisation there is no charge to book a table at the resource showcase.
Applications can be made subject to availability by emailing to Megan Crum, Conference Innovators.
Commercial exhibitors
Commercial organisation's or organisations showcasing products or services for sale to the education sectors are welcome to participate in the Resource Showcase. To apply for a space please complete the form via the resource showcase application portal click here.
The participation fee is $1,250 + GST and this includes the following benefits:-
- one complimentary conference registration, including daily catering
- one trestle table, two chairs and a free standing Velcro sensitive board (if required)
- one additional ticket for a team member or assistant during catering breaks to assist in staffing the stand (does not include entry to conference sessions)
- acknowledgement as a resource showcase table top in the conference handbook provided to all delegates

Terms and conditions and cancellation policy
Please note there is a limited number of tables available and these will be allocated on a first in basis.
Resource Showcase tables must set up on Monday morning between 7.30am - 10.00am and packout out on Tuesday afternoon immediately following afternoon tea and no later than 5.00pm. Resource showcase tables must agree to these time frames when applying.
All cancellations must be in writing to Conference Innovators. Commercial organisations cancelling their table site will receive a full refund minus $100 up to 11 February. Cancellations received between 12 February – 5 March 50% refund, After 6 March no refunds except at the discretion of the PENZ Committee. Refunds will be processed in the month immediately following the conference
